Mountain Condo w / Outdoor Patio! Remodeled upeilla näkymillä!

Se vain ei saa mukavampaa kuin tämä huoneisto Columbine. Sijaitsee mäen yläosassa, josta on näkymä hiihtokeskukselle, jossa on SKI-IN / SKI-OUT-yhteys, keskellä kaikkea toimintaa vuorokauden ympäri ja kyydissä maailman ylhäältä INCREDIBLE-näkymillä yöllä. Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuonetta sekä parviyksikkö uudistettiin äskettäin ja ei voinut olla mukavampaa. Kun olet syöttänyt yksikön, et voi auttaa, mutta tuntuu lämpimältä ja miellyttävältä, ja helppo asentaa jopa 6 henkilöä.

Kun ensin kävelee silmäsi vedetään kohoavista ikkunoista, jotka avautuvat näkymään lomakohteeseen. Avoin keittiö, ruokailutila ja olohuone sopivat erinomaisesti nauttien alas laaksosta Elk-vuorten näkymät. Pois olohuone on suuri patio nauttia kesän aterian tai yrittää poimia ystäviäsi, kun he hiihtää perusta-alueelle.
Samalla tasolla on king-vuode makuuhuoneessa oma kylpyhuone, queen-vuode on toinen makuuhuone, ja toinen kylpyhuone on aivan keittiön. Up helposti navigoidut portaikko on joukko parivuode parvella on.

Kun kova päivä rinteillä tai verkalleen vaellukselle voit rentoutua porealtaassa tai grilli ulos yksi kaasugrillit yhteisellä alueella. Tai vielä parempaa, istua puutarhakalusteita 6 oikeus pois olohuone ulkona kattaa kannella. (Ainoa sellainen on Columbine!) Istuminen OVERSIZED HOT TUB yöllä ja näkymät valot keinona ja kaupunki on yksi parhaista tavoista rentoutua ja nauttia Crested Butte loma. Majoituksen näin, et ehkä koskaan halua lähteä!

Mountain Access:
Talvella kävele yhtä portaita, sysähtää sukkasi ja liukua alas punaisen naisen tai hopeanharmaa hissin luo. Se on aloittelija väli maasto huoneisto Condo, joten ottaa lapset ski alas hiihtokoulu ei ole ongelma. Kesällä sinulla on täsmälleen sama pääsy parhaisiin maastopyöräilyyn ja vaellusreitteihin Mt. Crested Butte.

Great location. Not for beginners

Beautiful views and easy access to the slopes. Not for first timers. Must drive to eat anywhere. Road was in good shape. Condo was clean in bathrooms and kitchen but needs a good dusting. Would return.

Outstanding views!

The condo has a panoramic view of Crested Butte and the surrounding mountain range (except for Mt. Crested Butte itself). We ended up unloading our car at the far end of the upper lot by the garages. From there it was a straight shot to the condo with only a short set of stairs to access the condo. There were 4 of us and the condo was plenty big to accommodate us. A bonus was a large balcony overlooking the base of the ski area and surrounding valley. Access to the ski area base was an easy short walk down steep trail. The daytime temps were only in the high 60s to low 70s. In spite of the mild weather the condo was uncomfortably warm for sleeping (we like a cool room). There is a fan in one bedroom that helps quite a bit. The windows do open. If there was more of a breeze that might have helped cool the unit off faster. By morning the temps in the condo were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Winter 2023 ski trip

Property was nice. A little older unit but not a problem. Had a hard time getting the temp regulated with the baseboard heaters as it stayed pretty warm inside. Almost had to cut them all completely off. Good location for ski in/out. Had a bit of an issue getting checked in as we had no where to drop off our bags when we got in town, and wasn't given much help, so we showed up early and left them while they were cleaning. Then the management gave us a hard time for doing that, and didn't want to let us check in 20 minutes early. However they eventually capitulated and let us do so, which was appreciated. We could have dropped them somewhere else if given an option since we took the shuttle from Gunnison. Can't really carry them around Crested Butte in the snow. That could have been handled better. All and all, a good experience and stay

Beautiful Views - great location. However, the unit is "tired" and needs the following attention: 1. WIFI spotty and could not use laptop without constantly disconnecting. Frustrating. 2. Poor ventilation for breezes (Needs Screen/storm door on front door) 3. Garbage Disposal stopped up and not cleared for last 2 days 4. Property Issue - Hot tub not operational for 5 days of our stay!! Disappointing!!

Million dollar view!

Absolutely stunning view! When not hiking or enjoying downtown, we spent hours on the porch relaxing and admiring the beauty all around us. Highly recommend Izakaya Cabin, the Last Steep for yummy comfort food and Thai Chili for meals out. If you want to cook in the unit, I’d suggest bringing your own pans. The current pans are in awful shape, terribly warped and one has a handle that is very wobbly and potentially about to fall off,

Unbeatable location and view.

Very clean, organized, and helpful. The view was simply breathtaking. We loved walking out to hike or down to the resort. The bus to town was easy and convenient. Summer in CO is spectacular. My only suggestions would be to bring an extra fan if you’re used to AC like us (not great airflow) and bring some power strips or extension cords if your group has many things to plug in or charge. Most outlets were behind beds or dressers and a couple were too loose to work. I would definitely stay here again. We met several unit owners and they were incredibly kind and friendly. Plus, again, the view. Wow.

Best ski in/out in CB

This is where you want to stay for ski in/out and views of the CB resort. It was so easy to walk to the end of the building and just put on our skis. Property was as described. HBO was a bonus for evenings in the condo. Shannon was great in terms of communication. Super easy to work with her.

We had a very relaxing stay at this property. Condo had everything we needed and was comfortable. Only comments would be the ginormous fireplace and ice maker did not work. We called property management who said they'd send maintenance who never came. . .

Awesome ski-in/ski-out condo

The unit was prefect for my family. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a loft with two beds. Literally put your skis on 30 feet from the door and away you go. Family room looks right over the mountain and lift lines. Would absolutely come back again.

Spectacular views and ski-in, ski-out location! The glass pane windows and balcony were fantastic for a wonderful vacation experience! Condo was clean, well stocked and very comfortable for our party of 5. Give it a 5-star!

Perfect location......... Smart design

Literally just about 20 steps from the door to putting your skis on and enjoying your day, it's very conveniently located. Over the past 5 years we've visited, we stayed in different slope side rentals; this one is the best in terms of price/location and we'll certainly rent again.
