The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its sunny hillside location. This holiday property is a romantic accommodation.

Crikvenica. The landlord lives in the house. Close to the beach. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. On the day of arrival, the landlord will reserve a free parking space near the house. As these are public parking spaces, once you leave the parking space it will no longer be reserved.
