The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in the laundry bin inside the bathroom. Turn faucets, stove, coffee maker off. Lock up front door, all windows, and shut garage door. No hot firewood inside trash cart.
Trash - MUST be bagged and tied and placed inside the Trash cart. Bag All aluminum cans separately to recycle, leave inside garage. Place trash cart at the end of the driveway 2 ft from the street.
No fireworks. No loud music. Please shoes off inside the home. Wash dishes and put away where you found them. Wash countertops and stovetop. Clean out microwave and oven if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Signed Rental agreement and Valid Government issued photo ID of all guests required before check in. All guests must be 25 years of age and older.
FIREPIT USE- Do not light a fire if winds exceed 10 mph. Fires strictly prohibited during local county burn bans. Use only dry firewood.
Quiet hours 8pm till 7am. Please bring firepit and outdoor chairs back inside the garage after use.
