The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, AC, and WiFi.
However, communication with the host was an issue. When we asked about adding one extra person and offered to pay, the response was rude and inconsistent. Although she eventually agreed and sent someone to collect the extra fee, the interaction made us feel uncomfortable and monitored.
The biggest problem was that there was no water on the morning of checkout. We couldn’t shower or prepare breakfast. While we were told there was a water shortage, there was no backup plan in place. Water was brought later, but it was too late to be useful. We had to leave early and pay elsewhere to shower before our flight, and no compensation was offered.
Overall, the property itself is nice, but the communication and lack of water significantly impacted our stay.
