Pacific Ocean frontage, 4th level (elevator building) with ample balcony overlooking quiet beach in small fishing and vacation town of Crucita, mid-coastal Ecuador. Restaurants and small shops (tiendas ) close by. Convenient inexpensive public transport to larger cities ( 45 minutes - 1 hour travel, $1.30-$1.60 ) for malls and wider services. Local fruit and vegetable vendors pass by the condo gate with their trucks and pushcarts many mornings.
Living Room and Kitchen have direct access to 12 ' wide Balcony with outdoor table and chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped with 14' Refrigerator, 6-burner gas stove, sink with hot and cold water, granite breakfast bar, water cooler, paddle fan, coffee maker, Microwave, electric grill, plates, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and Dishwasher. Living Room has 32" SmartTV, paddle fan, and stunning ocean views through triple sliding doors.
Master bedroom has King mattress, split A/C unit, paddle fan, large closet, ensuite with shower ( plumbed hot and cold ) and second 32" TV--both with DirecTV programming. Social bath in hall also features shower with plumbed hot and cold. Second bedroom/den has a double bed, paddle fan, computer desk, double French doors to Living Room, wooden privacy screen, and 2 wall closets. 2 large entry closets provide additional storage as well as space for the washing machine and gas dryer.
Rental includes all utilities ( except electric over $100/month--usually runs $ 45-70 depending on A/C use ), weekly 5-hour housekeeping, 2 32"DirecTVs, basic WiFi ( you may upgrade at your expense ), use of all common facilities--small Pool, 1 designated gated parking space, social area on roof of Building 1, on-site building security/caretaker. Intimate complex only 25 total units. Rental rates are for 1 or 2 Adults. Additional occupants will be subject to additional costs. Rate may be reduced for subsequent months in the case of multiple-month tenancy.
