The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove sheets from beds and place in the tub, put 1 load of towels in washing machine and start washer, place all dirty dishes in dishwasher & start dishwasher, remove all items from the refrigerator
Put all garbage in garbage bags please, and put in outside garbage cans and please leave cans by the road.
Sign out any accounts on the TV's, close all blinds, turn AC up to 78*, turn off all lights, be sure all doors are locked and return keys to lock box. Have a safe trip home.

Great for kids. Terry the host has everything possible in the house. House is perfect for a relaxing weekend away. My dog lived the backyard. Close to all the restaurants and manatee tours!!! 12/10!!!!

Best little rental in CR

We were so impressed with the feeling of this place that we will certainly be staying here, again. With family nearby, the distance and location were perfect. It's close to just about every convenience there is in town. Terry is a lovely host and her home is probably the most thoughtfully designed rental we've ever been in with its relaxed, bohemian vibe. It was truly relaxing and immaculate. We just enjoyed it so much.
