We have a number of kitchen equipments, and offer very reasonable bicycle rental for your stay.
The apartment doesn`t have a washing machine, but we happy to do your laundry.

The city tax must be paid in cash at the property.
A small security deposit is taken before arrival.
Please note that if check-in details, passport copies and all legal information are not provided or a deposit has not been paid by 9am on arrival day, your check-in will be declined and you will not have access to the property. If information is provided late, processing may take 3–4 hours, potentially delaying your arrival.

* Treat the property with respect as you would your own.
* The property must be left clean and tidy. Leaving it in a very untidy or soiled condition may result in a supplementary cleaning charge.
Occupants and Guests
The maximum number of persons occupying the property is four. Only those listed on the government registry are permitted to occupy and enter the property. If you wish to invite additional visitors during your stay, please request permission in advance. Any pets must be cleared prior to arrival.
Violation of House Rules
We reserve the right to enter the property at all reasonable times for inspection or to carry out necessary repairs or maintenance. Any violation of the rules will result in immediate termination and the tenant must vacate the property immediately.

Please leave the apartment on time to allow us to prepare for our next guest. Failure to do so may result in a further day’s rental charge. If you require a late check-out, please contact us. We will endeavour to accommodate you but may be unable to grant the request if we have a same-day check-in.
The property is expected to be left in a clean and tidy condition. If you leave the house in a very untidy or soiled condition, we reserve the right to deduct a supplementary cleaning charge from your Damage Deposit.
Security
For your security, the entrance is equipped with 24/7 CCTV cameras. There are no cameras facing the balcony or upstairs, nor located within your rental.
Parties
No party is permitted. We take this matter seriously and will remove you from the property immediately in the event of any noise, excessive drinking, drug use or other disruptive behaviour. There is precedent for this action. Please always confirm prior arrangements when in doubt.
Please respect the community and minimise noise levels, particularly between 8 pm and 8 am.
Bicycle Racks
If you wish to use the bicycle racks please inform me.
Children
You are responsible for the supervision of all members of your party under the age of 18 at all times.
Smoking and Illegal Substances
The entire apartment is non-smoking and vaping. Please smoke or vape only on the balcony. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the entire property.
Garden and vegetable garden
The vegetable garden is for personal use. Please enjoy the garden and garden pavilion.
Summer kitchen
Please contact me prior if you wish to use the summer kitchen, or outside cooking.
Bicycle usage
Please contact me for information.
Pets
We only allow one dog. No other types of pets are permitted. Dogs are not permitted in the garden at any time. If necessary, please keep dogs on a leash when entering and leaving the apartment.
Dogs must be booked in and the charge is the same as for children per dog per night.
Please do not allow dogs on the furniture, particularly sofas and beds.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please clean muddy dogs using the outside tap and the dog towels provided.
Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
If the property requires additional cleaning due to excessive dog hair or if dogs have been in the bedrooms or on a sofa, a 40 Euros fee will be charged to cover the extra cleaning costs.
You are responsible for your dog and will be charged for any damage caused by it.
Damages and Breakages
Please treat the facilities and accommodation with due care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. If you notice any missing or damaged items in your accommodation, please inform us immediately so that we can take the appropriate action. If there has been any damage or breakages during your stay, we would be grateful if you could report them promptly, particularly before check-out. The accommodation will be inspected at the end of your holiday and you may be charged for any loss, damage or additional cleaning costs. These are payable in full within seven days of notification.
No commercial film or photography is permitted.
No extreme or strongly scented spices are allowed for cooking.
Fees
Any additional service fees are displayed at Extras.
Cleaning
The yellow bin is for recycling (plastic and paper) and the black bin is for general waste.
Cleaning supplies are available under the sink in the kitchen.
A fixed cleaning cost calculated at booking is payable per stay or weekly if your stay is longer than six nights. The owner reserves the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.
