Our stay started off very badly when we arrived around 11pm and the face recognition did not work to allow us entry. It took us an hour to sort out, trying to get help from the whatsapp helpline. The doorman did not speak English, and I tried using google translate to translate what i was saying into Portuguese, but he refused to do the same back. The person on the whatsapp helpline would not speak to him on my behalf either. For this reason I would avoir staying here again. Inside the apartment the bed is very small and the bathroom is tiny. There is a stale smell in the apartment. The toiletries are good, this is one of the only good things. Its located very close to the train/bus station which is good, but after dark it gets sketchy with lots of homeless people around the entrance and across the street.

A acomodações são otimas. Quarto/prédio tem tudo que se precisa. A área é realmente fraca caso se queira sair a pé para comer, principalmente a noite (não recomendado!). Mas é bem central e Uber não levava mais do que 2-3 minutos para chegar.

This is not a normal hotel. Cleaning is done only at he start of your stay ( not sure if it is a Covid restriction). There is no food or vending machines at the property, but there is a mall at walking distance. The pillows and mattress was also not top quality. The swimming pool is nice and the gym is also good.

Quarto: bom, lugar limpo com destaque as toalhas de banho, bem perfumadas.Roupas de cama, não achei bem limpas e perfumadas, ficou a desejar. Uma das fronhas estava com cheiro de espirro bem forte. Equipe: Sem contato pessoal, tudo funciona de forma online. Tem o lado bom e o ruim disso. Comodidade: Satisfatória. Comunicação: Satisfatória, pouca ou quase nada de informações sobre o espaço de uso comum. Tivemos que recorrer ao porteiro para saber onde ficava a sala de jogos e piscina. Check-in: Pouco esclarecedor. Obs: um filhote de barata no banheiro. Curiosidaes: a luz que ficava na direção da cama acendeu sozinha na primeira noite🤔

O studio como nas fotos. O prédio é novo e a unidade é bem decorada e segura. A localização é central, muito próximo ao Mercado Municipal e Shopping Estação. No geral muito bom! Havia um vazamento no banheiro, mas fomos prontamente atendidos. Sugiro melhorias na manutenção dos armários, limpeza em geral e na qualidade da roupa de cama, como por exemplo incluir lençol com elástico.

Nossa experiência foi otima, lugar com excelente localização, tudo muito limpo, móveis novos, cama e colchão muito confortável, kit roupa de cama e banheiro limpo e cheiroso, área da cozinha atende muito bem o necessário, o chuveiro era perfeito super quentinho A comunicação e atendimento do local foi excelente, muito rápido e dispostos a nos atender A única coisa que queríamos foi o app do netflix pois não tinha, porém como ficamos 3 noites deu pra passar bem e só faltou um kit de limpeza, pois derrubamos bebida no chão e não tinhamos como limpar de resto não nos faltou mais nada O lugar condiz exatamente como as fotos do anúncio Enfim, tudo perfeito Se voltarmos novamente a cidade com certeza nos hospedaremos lá

Ótima experiência

A experiência foi maravilhosa, o local é muito seguro e agradável. A acomodação tem um bom espaço, cama confortável, pratos e talheres. Mesmo não tendo opção de comida do próprio hotel conseguir variedade não é algo difícil, além de poder pedir qualquer coisa no ifood para entrega tem uma padaria do outro lado da avenida, o shopping estação fica menos de 5 minutos a pé, o mercado municipal também é ali perto e tem um McDonald's praticamente ao lado do prédio. Um detalhe: se for alguém muito alto talvez tenha problemas com o chuveiro, é um pouco apertadinho. Em geral uma ótima experiência e recomendo bastante.
