Vendo as fotos no site, esperava um pouco mais. Tiveram um problema na chegada e o quarto teve que ser alterado, com isso nossa acomodação não estava adequadamente limpa. Reclamamos e foram super atenciosos. O lugar peça um pouco pela manutenção, mas é muito agradável. Em resumo nota 10 para o atendimento, nota 7 para o quarto.

Ótimo hotel. Bom café da manhã. Funcionários atenciosos e solícitos. Voltaria a me hospedar no hotel, pois o local é ótimo e o serviço é bom, porém, o único detalhe foi a limpeza do banheiro. Quando cheguei percebi cabelos no chão e na parede. A impressão é que o pano de chão foi passado na parede. O chuveiro também deixou a desejar. Chuveiro elétrico difícil de esquentar. De 0 a 10 eu daria 5 para a limpeza do banheiro no primeiro dia e 4 para o chuveiro.

Tranquilo e atendimento muito bom

O Hotel fica 10km do centro, mas vale apena pelo atendimento dos funcionários, fica cercado de uma mata verde, que vale muito apena abrir a janela do quarto. Fui com a minha esposa e temos só elogios sobre o hotel e seus funcionários, me sentimos em casa.

O hotel estância Santa Cruz é uma ótima opção para quem quer fugir do centro da cidade de Curitiba. O quarto e o banheiros são grandes, porém a ducha é fraca. Possui uma boa área de lazer com deck, piscina e hidromassagem e uma bela vista. Porém essa área estava um pouco descuidada e com algumas partes interditadas. A distância para o centro acaba sendo um empecilho para quem quer visitar os pontos turísticos e a noite curitibana pois próximo ao hotel não há muitos atrativos.

Um hotel que apesar de longe do centro tem toda a estrutura para receber bem, mas falha pelo pouco pessoal disponivel pela limpeza. Ficamos 6 dias e a roupa de cama não trocada nenhuma vez. O hotel possui varandas confortaveis, mas não é feita a limpeza nunca. Os vasos de flores são lindos mas viraram cinzeiros e nunca são limpos. A comida servida é boa, o preço é justo e o pouco pessoal que atende é simpático.

Muito contato com a natureza, lugar simples e ao mesmo tempo com cara de hotel aconchegante. A equipe nota dez, . Nosso azar foi encontrarmos a piscina em reforma, mas nada que atrapalhasse a nossa viagem. A filhota, louca por bichos e natureza adorou: tem brinquedos e uma cama elástica.
