Curitiba and nice breakfast

Know this place more than 20 plus years, before be named Nacional inn, has been kept nice, cozy and well maintained… breakfast and staff are great. The walk side to amenities are a plus, in the grateful area of Santa Felicidade! Curitiba is still very nice to visit.

Meu carro foi raspado no estacionamento. Oi boa tarde. Nem relatei nada na recepcao pq imaginei que nada poderia ser feito. O estacionamento coberto está pintando e lá tem câmeras. Lá nos fundos a céu aberto nem tem câmeras pq eu procurei. Então como imaginei que ninguém conseguiria provar o ocorrido, nem quis relatar na recepção pq eu estava muito bravo e não queria correr o risco de descontar no rapaz da recepção pq ele não tem culpa alguma. Mas como o estacionamento é cobrado, acho q deveria ter um monitoramento melhor lá embaixo até pq estava lotado e eu notei vários motoristas com dificuldades pra manobrar o carro. Sei tb pq o fato de eu não ter relatado nada na recepção, invalida qqer atitude posterior de vcs. Mas preferi suportar a raiva quieto do que correr o risco de descontar no rapaz da recepção que na minha forma de pensar, só iria no máximo dizer o seguinte: “Lamentamos o ocorrido e vou notificar minha supervisão”. Péssimo atendimento/gestão do estacionamento. O hotel já ofereceu estacionamento grátis, hoje cobra R$30 por dia e tem o pior e mais confuso controle de aceso possível. Em uma estadia de 3 dias fui parado 2 vezes pelo porteiro bloqueando meu carro mandando eu voltar para recepção para validar ticket ou cadastrar o carro mesmo eu dizendo que eu havia acabado de fazer isso e que estava tudo certo (e realmente estava). Fui tratado como se estivesse tentando roubar o hotel por um estacionamento de R$30 reais.
