The hotel and staff were very nice and the room was clean and large. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had many options. Our only complaint is that the elevators are quite slow when many guests are headed to breakfast, and there would sometimes be a 7 minute wait for an elevator. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was great! The TV needed to be replaced in Room 1603. There was some mold in the shower. The A/C was non-functional, for heating, cooling, and fan., or the power was turned off. I did not report this to the staff as I was only there for two nights. I was scheduled to stay there one more night, after a three day trip, but I canceled and booked another hotel.

Hospedei na unidade 1103, a instalação sanitária entupiu e pedi por mais de “3 horas o reparo, os funcionários diziam que estavam indo reparar e nada, apenas as 24:00 um excelente prestado esteve lá, sensível ao tema, resolvendo ele mesmo o problema (era recepcionista). Lamentável, sempre me hospedo neste hotel, irei rever isto.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência no Intercity Curitiba Centro Cívico. O hotel é bem localizado, em uma região tranquila e com fácil acesso a várias áreas importantes da cidade. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem organizados, proporcionando uma estadia muito agradável. O café da manhã também foi muito bom, com boa variedade. A equipe foi sempre muito atenciosa e prestativa. Com certeza é uma ótima opção de hospedagem em Curitiba e voltaríamos em uma próxima visita.
