Recomendo o hotel pela excelente localização, na rua dos fundos do Shopping Estação. Café da manhã excelente. Quarto com bom tamanho, mas requer manutenção: tampa do vaso de madeira descascada e ducha higiênica muito usada. Por fim, a limpeza na parte superior do guarda-roupa deixou a desejar.

Algumas observações: O cofre não funcionava. Mas como deixei de utilizar , nem pedi para arrumar. Foi informado que eu havia tomado águas e um pacotinho de castanha. O que não é verdade. Como há um supermercado ao lado, não usamos o frigobar. Fica uma situação delicada. Parece q estamos mentindo. Verificar melhor , repor antes de entrar novo hóspede, ver quem faz a reposição ,etc. Mas não me cobraram. Só fica o constrangimento.

barulho a noite

Boa tarde, hotel mais antigo, porém bem localizado e limpo... porém as toalhas de banho e rosto deixam a desejar. A noite, começa um barulho infernal, acho que do ar condicionado dos outros quartos, pois não usamos o ar, era umas 3:00h da madrugada e aquele barulho muito incomodo, não conseguimos dormir o restante da noite. Não gosto de reclamar, mas acho que é um ponto a ser melhorado pois não indico este hotel para ninguém. Tudo bem o hotel ser antigo, mas a questao do barulho é um ponto muito negativo.
