5-star staff. The check in ladies, the breakfast ladies and housekeeper were all very friendly and helpful. The room was cold, dark and damp. I had trouble sleeping because the mattress was uncomfortable as was the noisy A/C. I wore earplugs and used the extra blankets which helped. The location was great too. Everything (shops, gym, park, promenade) about a 10-20 minute walk.

Its ok for those who enjoy simple hotels. The rooftop and the pool is a plus. Air conditioner is loud. It is next to downtown but its surrounding area gets desert after the afternoon, it is dark and feels unsafe so as to walk.

O quarto não tinha cama de casal, mesmo com a reserva sendo desta forma. Fomos trocado de quarto mais a cama ainda era de solteiro. Tivemos que trocar de hotel, com uma cama de casal, mais com quarto bem deficitário, com rachaduras no chão, parede e guarda roupa e pouco espaço físico. Mas o atendimento da recepção foi bom do segundo hotel, do primeiro foi demorado demais, café da manhã bom

O quarto antigo, fiz a reserva e no ato não informaram que era um quarto PCD, nada contra, porém nem para pcd o quarto não serve, ar-condicionado não funciona, antigo de gaveta, se liga faz um barulhão, estrutura com cheiro de mofo, não precisa ser 5 estrelas, porém ser agradável.

Condiçoes do hotel não condizem com as fotos apresentadas, cheiro ruim nos corredores no saguão e no elevador. Chuveiro péssimo sem pressão, ralo do box estava saindo um cheiro de fossa. Nosso quarto não foi arrumado estava faltando toalhas e o frigobar vazio. Pior hotel que já fiquei.

As fotos no site retratam o que existe dentro do quarto. Mas não é o suficiente para perceber o quão o quarto é pequeno e apertadíssimo na realidade. Sugiro levar 1 mala pequena para 3 pessoas, porque não tem espaço para colocar malas, muito menos espaço para abrí-la dentro do quarto. Lembrando que o hotel está localizado no centro de Curitiba, onde há INÚMEROS moradores de ruas perambulando. O serviço de arrumação nao arruma NADA, recolheu SOMENTE o lixo da privada e colocou sabonete e papel higiênico... nao limpou o piso, não arrumou. As camas FEDEM INSUPORTAVELMENTE cheiro de colchão suado de décadas. Colchão fedorento, rasgado e afundado. Ar condicionado de janela cheio de pó, poeira e pluma, demonstrando que não passa por limpeza há muito tempo. Quarto fedorento que dá dor de cabeça. Banheiro EXTREMAMENTE ESTREITO, nunca vi nada tão estreito. A porta de blindex tem um RANGIDO extraordinário e estridente. O lavatório estava entupido de tanto cabelo, catarro e sujeira, eu mesma que limpei aquele nojo usando um clips de papel. Café da manhã tem o básico, mas servem pudim de leite condensado...que pra mim, não deveria estar lá de manhã. Nao tem manteiga, só margarina, nata e um doce horrível que não serve de geleia.
