Good value for the price. Quite basic apartment but it has all the essentials. It’s clean, has a good bed, proper bathroom with good water pressure, and airconditioning. Smoke detector was lacking so I recommend you to bring your own.

O hotel é muito bom, tudo muito limpo, porém achei ruim que quando acrescentei uma pessoa à reserva não foi dada mais uma chave/cartão (fui informado "apenas uma chave por quarto) o que é bem inconveniente se a pessoa que está comigo precisa sair em outro horário ou caso nos desencontremos, como pagamos mais para adicionar a pessoa na hora o mínimo que poderia fazer seria disponibilizar uma chave.

Não existe uma cadeira ou banco para uso de computador na bancada, televisão instalada em local baixo e inadequado, ar-condicionado além de velho não funciona, parte da parede junto ao ar-condicionado em péssimas condições de apresentação, área de banho do chuveiro estreita e curta, impossibilitando de tomar um banho decente, box de vidro em más condições, chuveiro com vazamento (pingando) bem como base da torneira de água quente do lavatório, paredes divisórias entre os quartos, aparentemente muito fina pois se ouve as pessoas conversando, mesmo que em tom mais baixo. Em relação ao café da manhã não tenho nada a reclamar, posso considerar como um dos únicos pontos positivos, pois o outro seria do atendimento na recepção.

Minha estadia na Rede Andrade São Francisco teve pontos altos e baixos. O hotel é uma boa opção de custo-benefício para quem viaja a trabalho, mas alguns detalhes pesam na nota final. Pontos Positivos: O quarto é espaçoso e as camas são muito confortáveis. O banheiro também merece destaque pela ducha, que é muito boa. O café da manhã atende bem às expectativas e o restaurante possui uma estrutura satisfatória. Limpeza em todas as áreas. Pontos Negativos: O maior problema foi o ar-condicionado de parede. Ele é extremamente barulhento, o que torna impossível dormir com o aparelho ligado. Outro ponto frustrante é a questão do estacionamento: o hotel anuncia a vaga nas plataformas de reserva, mas não há garantia de disponibilidade na chegada. Tive que deixar o carro em um estacionamento indicado nas proximidades, pagando R$ 20,00 pelo pernoite por fora. Veredito: É uma escolha honesta pelo preço, mas o hotel precisa revisar a comunicação sobre as vagas e investir na modernização ou manutenção dos aparelhos de ar-condicionado.
