Very nice property with courteous and helpful staff. Clean, spacious room. Quiet rooms. The one downside is that the location is some distance from the city center and not a convenient walk.

Hotel Esmeralda by Katari, was an aesthetically nice hotel. At First glance, modern and clean. But when we arrived our initial room had a smell of residual cigarette smoke, which they happy to change and get us another room. The rooms were pretty dirty with hair and dust. The showers could have operated better, drainage and the shower doors didn't close, the shower head pressure wasn't good. The towels could be more clean, they looked very used. The heater sometimes worked and one room didn't have a window to allow fresh air. The location was off the beaten path which made area quiet but it was a 15min walk to Plaza de Armas. Not much to eat around the area so dont return hungry. The Staff was very nice and always available in house or via WhatsApp. Probably would try somewhere else next time but for the cost and availability it's not awful. Also, breakfast was great.

I had a really nice time here. The room was super comfortable, and the property felt very safe. The hostess was also super helpful with booking and finding information for all the tours. I was able to see everything I wanted to see here with it all being booked very last minute. Thank you again.
