APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Tiyana Cusco rents completely independent vacation apartments in a typical family building in modern Cusco style. The internal courtyard and the panoramic terrace on the fourth floor are shared spaces available to guests.

- Apartment Qosqo 301 is located on the third floor (no elevator). It is divided into four rooms: a kitchen with dining area, living room, bathroom, and bedroom.

- The living room boasts a splendid view at all hours of the day and night. It is furnished with a large sofa, an armchair, a smart TV, and a small desk for working on your computer. A clothes drying rack is located in the closet.

- The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, and various utensils for preparing your favorite dishes. There is no oven, but we provide various appliances. There is also a traditional table and a bar table to enjoy your meals.

- The dormitory overlooks the internal courtyard for greater peace and quiet at night. It features a large built-in wardrobe and a double bed (135 x 190 cm) with cotton linens. The mattress is top-quality.

- The bathroom offers ventilation, cotton towels for all guests, and a hot gas shower.

EXTRA INFORMATION

1- We care about sustainability we offer a water purifier, soap dispensers, and two separate trash cans so you can recycle! In return, we ask you to use water and electricity responsibly.

2- We meet all immigration and tax requirements imposed by our country, so:
--- If you are Peruvian or resident in Peru, we will ask you to pay the IGV (18%).
--- If you are a foreigner, we will ask you to present a passport photo of all guests to complete the required registration.

3. There are 4 beautiful kittens living with us, and they can occasionally be seen wandering around the steps or in the courtyard of the building! They are usually very shy and hide, but sometimes they let you pet them!
