Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
No heat in the room. No hot water. When I arrived, the guy in the reception area told me they were over booked and told me he was putting me in the next door hostel. I told him, no!! I had paid for this hotel. Therefore, I am staying in this hotel. Horrible service . The white blankets looked dirty. Therefore, I sleep on top.
