The Dens at Bear Rock 2

The Dens at Bear Rock is a stones throw from downtown Custer and numerous Black Hills activities. With Den #2 as your home base you have access to all the Southern Hills has to offer - Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse & Jewel Cave all within a 20 mile radius. Explore Needles Highway & Sylvan Lake in Custer State Park less than 10 mins away. Experience nightlife of an old west town, numerous dining options, coffee shops and local boutiques. UTV trails and golf are also all within minutes of the Dens.

Studio loft with fully stocked kitchen, full bath and living area with full dining table with seating for two. A luxurious memory foam king bed is provided to ensure you are well rested during your stay. Enjoy a 47” tv with Roku remote from either the bed or the couch to catch up on your favorite shows.

The bathroom has a shower tub with plenty of clean towels provided and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash available.

The deck includes a bistro set that is nestled amongst gorgeous rock formations and you have a front row seat to watch the sun rise on the iconic Bear Rock each day, while enjoying your morning coffee.

Studio loft accessible by stairs. Guests have access to the entire loft apart from two locked storage closets.

The downstairs unit (The Dens at Bear Rock #1) is rented separately and has its own private entrance. No Smoking - cigarettes, cigars, vape pens, marijuana, etc. in the home. Do not leave cigarette butts outside- please bag and dispose of in outside trash.
No Parties - no unregistered guests overnight or for a visit without written approval.
No Pets.

There is high speed wireless internet and a Smart TV.

Security cameras have been placed on the exterior of the house to track weather conditions and parking. These are not directed toward living spaces to protect guest privacy.

Quiet hours 10PM-8AM - please be respectful of our neighbors and our community.

**What to expect during the winter**
While winter is generally mild we do experience inclement weather and large amounts of snow can fall in a short period of time. As such we DO recommend having a 4-wheel drive vehicle during the winter months. Our driveway will typically be plowed WITHIN 24 hours of receiving 6 inches of snow, but WILL NOT be plowed after every snowfall. For this reason we strongly encourage guests to drive AWD/4-Wheel drive vehicles.
We also DO NOT offer snow shoveling service during your stay but provide snow shovels available for your use.
