Villa Rossini is a modern villa with swimming pool located just a few hundred meters from Cornino’s beach, a renowned coastal resort halfway between San Vito Lo Capo and Trapani.
This newly built villa is set in a quiet residential area, it has a beautiful overflow pool, surrounded by large terraces and a delightful garden.

Villa Rossini has an inner living surface of 100 m2, 200 m2 of terraces and a 700 m2 garden, it offers cosy, well-proportioned interiors, including a spacious, bright living room with fireplace, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a small room with sofa bed, and a bathroom.

On the upper floor, that can be reached through an external staircase, there is a sun terrace offering beautiful views of Mount Cofano and over the sea. The villa is also equipped with air/conditioning (2 units), Wi-Fi, satellite TV, Hi-Fi system, washing machine and dishwasher.

Villa Rossini is ideal for a relaxing family holiday by the sea, and it is also a very good starting point for visiting many charming places such as Erice, Trapani, Marsala, the Egadis, the Zingaro nature reserve and the archaeological sites of Segesta, Mothia and Selinunte.

The province of Trapani extends in the westernmost part of Sicily.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day flexible, except from 20/06 to 28/08 (from Saturday to Saturday).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (subject to arrangement).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: kitchen gas, water, electricity up to 250 kwh (over 250 kwh an extra charge of € 0,30 per kwh will be applied), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, midweek cleaning (bedrooms and bathroom -3 hrs.).
