Ganz in Ordnung aber bisschen klein für drei Personen.

Finde die Wohnung gemütlich...aber sehr klein mit eine dritten Person war es zu eng, da man kaum Platz hat sein Gepäck irgendwo unterzubringen steht alles im Weg... Mein Empfehlung: nur zu weit und nicht so viel Gepäck da es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt😅

Kleine aber sehr Schön. Ideal für 2 Personen.

Wir sind sehr erholt aus dem Urlaub wieder heim gefahren tolle Lage. Man erreicht viele Ausflugsziele in kürzester Zeit, viele davon sind auch bequem mit dem Rad anzufahren. Wenn man kein Stubenhocker ist und gern unterwegs ist, dann ist diese kleine Wohnung genau das Richtige. Im Haus sind eine Sauna und ein Schwimmbad, auch sehr praktisch .

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Meinem Sohn hat das Schwimmbad im Erdgeschoss sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Sahlenburger Strand ist sehr gut für Kinder geeignet. Der Wernerwald ist direkt gegenüber und wirklich traumhaft. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Heizung hat einwandfrei funktioniert und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Staubsauger war auch vorhanden um zwischendurch den Sand zu beseitigen. Die Wohnungseigentümerin und die fewo Vermittlung waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann sie mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Genau das bekommen was wir erwartet haben.

Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar klein hat aber alles was man braucht. Da man ja an der Nordsee ist, möchte man ja auch viel mehr von der Landschaft sehen und ans Meer gehen. Die Lage ist sehr schön da man schnell am Strand ist.

grundsätzlich ein schönes renoviertes Appartement

Leider habe ich mich von den Fotos und der Beschreibung leiten lassen dass es einen Aufzug im Haus gibt. Dies trifft leider für dieses Appartement NICHT zu! Es führt eine ziemlich steile Treppe in das 2.OG. Ich musste leider den Zwergdackel immer rauf und runtertragen, da Dackel keine Treppen laufen sollen. Es gibt einen unangenehmen Geruch in der Wohnung, welcher sich bei Wärme noch verstärkt. Das Waschbecken im Bad ist sehr klein, darüber hängt ein großer Spiegelschrank der die ganze Tiefe des Beckens einnimmt, sodass man sich sehr schlecht die Zähne putzen kann. Auch gibt es weder Besen noch Handfeger oder Wischmop in dem Objekt. Im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer fehlen leider Leselampen, es gibt nur die Deckenlampen.

Sehr sauber, tolle Lage, Parkplätze kostenlos in ausreichender Anzahl direkt vor dem Haus, tolle kostenlose Sauna und Schwimmbad. Schnelle und immer freundliche Kommunikation mit Inhabern. Hätten uns noch einen Wäscheständer zum trocknen der Badekleidung gewünscht. Sonst wirklich einwandfrei!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön. Allerdings ist sie für 3 Personen wohl sehr klein, grade mit 2 Kindern und dem Pool im Keller fehlt eine Möglichkeit Handtücher zu trocknen.
