Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist perfekt. Das Treppenhaus ist recht eng und sollte beachtet werde, wenn man mit großen Taschen/Koffer anreist. Insgesamt könnte die Wohnung einen neuen Farbanstrich und die ein oder andere Schönheitsreparatur gebrauchen.

Die Wohnung war funktional ausgestattet uns sauber, benötigt aber einige kleine Renovierungen. Auch das vorhandene Geschirr benötigt einen Austausch. Das Treppenhaus sollte in die Endreinigung mit einbezogen werden Ansonsten okay. Es war eine ruhige Wohnlage.

Sehr guter Urlaub, lief alles problemlos ab!

Der Check in lief absolut problemlos ab. Man wurde freundlich und kompetent eingewiesen. Das Verwaltungsbüro ist sehr gut! Das Objekt wirkt durch die Wohnzimmerteppiche ( der lange schmale Teppich vor der Küchenzeile ist tatsächlich sehr gruselig, schmeißt den doch einfach weg, wertet die Wohnung immens auf :-)) und die Lampen etwas " Altbacken". Davon sollte man sich aber nicht abschrecken lassen. Es ist gemütlich und großzügig Eingerichtet. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und der Balkon ist Spitze. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis für einen Duhnen Urlaub ist Spitze. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Bewertungen hat mir die Schlafcouch sehr gut gefallen. Hatte eine sehr angenehme Härte und war wirklich praktisch und einfach zu handhaben. Dass es kein Internet gab, wusste man durch die genaue Wohnungsbeschreibung vorher und stellte kein Problem dar. Durch die Zentrale Lage war ein sehr guter eigener Internetempfang durch die mobile Datenverbindung möglich. Kühlschrank warmit *** Eisfach ausgestattet, was sehr gut war. Ich bin sehr zufrieden gewesen und kann die Wohnung empfehlen.

Erholsame zwei Herbstwochen

Dank der zufällig anwesenden Eigentümer (sehr nett und hilfsbereit!) konnten Mängel direkt benannt werden. Abhilfe wurde versprochen. Neue Matratzen wären erforderlich! Auch die Vermietung zeigte sich hilfsbereit. Super Lage! Gerne wieder!

Schöner Urlaub mit der Familie. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Egal wo man in Duhnen hin will, es dauert nur 5 min zu Fuß. Die Wohnung selbst bot alles was man bräuchte. Allerdings waren die Betten so hart, dass wir uns am Ende des Urlaubs kaum noch bewegen konnten. Die Sauberkeit war OK.

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, aber gepflegt und nah am Strand

Die Wohnung bietet eine gute und zentrale Grundlage, um strandnah Urlaub zu machen. Sie ist etwas rustikal eingerichtet und nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, aber gepflegt. Geräte funktionieren aber und es gibt nichts auszusetzen.
