Poor sound insulation, and poor layout of property

Stay far away, this property is not good if you want rest. The villas have terrible sound insulation, and most villas are jammed in close to 3-4 other villas so the main problem was screaming kids starting to play in the villa pools very early in the morning. You can hear every scream and the parents don't control the children so its extremely loud and disturbing. Villa is also old and worn out. I do not recommend.

Nice place, exterior properly maintained, villas are a little awkwardly designed. Materials show some major defects i.e. doors difficult to close bcos they are so twisted (almost 4in twist between lower and upper sides) Big black cloud is that thei male staff would absolutely gain in having some sexual harassment awareness lessons). Their manager rather that act on it was so utterly incompetent that tried to lie it way out to the level of producing fake legal justification. Unbelievable! Never got any type of apology from it. A manager with a serious grasp of what hospitaly and service mean would be recommended.

お風呂の給湯が、ぬるま湯で、プールの水温とあまり変わりません。ハンドシャワー使用時、天井からの漏れてくる水が頭に当たり、不快でした。自転車を借りれるとの説明があったが実際にお願いすると、故障で借りれないとの事でした。韓国製テレビのリモコンが２つあり、説明書もないため、ホテルのスタッフを呼ばないと分からず不便でした。また、朝食ビュッフェは、フラマリゾートホテルに比べて、種類は少なく、味も劣りました。ただ唯一フォーなどは、美味しかった。プライベートプールは、9月下旬だったせいか、冷たくて入れず、暖かいcentral poolを利用するしか無かった。ただ、キッチンがついていたので、スーパーで買ってきた食材で料理が出来たのはよかった。

친구들과 다낭 세번째 여행이였어요 ~ 풀빌라라 편하고 좋았어요 ~ 별을 많이 주지못한건 버기때문에 너무 짜증도 났고 화도 났었고 ㅎㅎ 소통이 안되었다고 생각이 들어서 칭찬을 많이 할수가 없네요~ 다음에도 갈 의향은 있지만 여행가서 버기때문에 기분나빠지고 싶지는 않아요~~ 독채라 좋긴했는데 3층 다락방은 커텐이 없어서 햇볕이 너무 많이 들어와서 덕분에 일찍 기상을 하긴했어요~~ 3층방은 화장실도 샤워실도 열어두어야해요 안그러면 그안이 후덥지근해져서요 ~~ 방 구조상 어쩔수 없는 거 같아요 이렇게 단점만 이야기했지만 그래도 편안하고 즐거운 여행 하구 왔습니다~~^^ 다음에 또 갈거 같아요~~ㅎ

거실과 주방 널찍하고 2층에 방두개 3층에 방한개 있고 숙소 깨끗합니다. 숙소앞에 수영장이 있어서 놀기 좋았고 라군풀도 버기카로 데려다주고 데릴러 왔어요! 와이파이 잘 안터져서 손봐줬는데도 잘 안터져요. 매일 청소해주고 침구류도 매일 바꿔줬어요! 아침산책으로 리조트 걸어도 좋고 미케비치 산책해도 좋았어요! 영어로 소통 가능하고 김치사건이 있었는데 미안하다고 하면서 비비고 김치 줬어요. 직원모두 친절하고 잊지못할 숙소였습니다. 가족여행 숙소 고민한다면 완전강추합니다!
