The hotel is nice and well located, however I was put into a room inferior to the one I selected when booking it, according to the employees my reservation had been cancelled even though it appeared to me in the website that it was confirmed, for that reason they gave my original room to somebody else and allocated me in a cheaper and inferior option. The breakfast also could be better.
