Everything is very good, friendly staff, breakfast is top notch. Very clean room, nice view of the ocean. Swimming pool on top floor so amazing. The only downside is the location is at the very end of Danang beach so kind of far away but hey with grab so easy to get around and very affordable. The area is super quiet can’t complain. Luxurious property:) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend .

Firstly, the staff were very good; professional and polite. The hotel was clean. Umfortunately whilst the infinity pool was ok, the music was far too loud and intrusive. The pool got the sun in the morning but was in the shade for the rest of the day. The Hilton is situated away from most of the nightlife. We had two nights of disturbed sleep with our doorbell being rung and people slamming doors in the early hours of the morning. We thought the breakfast was extensive but expensive unless you are able to eat your own bodyweight which some people attempted! We would not come again but this is not a reflection on the staff or facilities who were excellent.

Exactly what I wanted

I loved everything about this stay. I wanted to be in a modern clean comfortable hotel away from the noise and activity if the city so i coykd relax and walk the beach and i got exactly what i wanted! The staff are helpful and professional, room was spotless and all amenities were perfect.

Lovely modern hotel. Large room and excellent king bed and pillows. We had a far reaching view along the sandy beach, which my husband ran along every morning. Breakfast choices were good. Lovely rooftop pool and indoor bar where you can order restaurant food in the evenings if you don’t want to eat in the main restaurant. I couldn’t find anything to complain about in the hotel😂. We used Grab easily for cheap local taxis, as we weren’t within walking distance of central locations. We did a day trip to Ba Na Hills (wonderful cable car ride with great views, but a very strange artificial place!), which we organised online and were picked up/dropped off at the hotel.

Nice hotel

Really good value for money for a nice hotel. All things working. Location is a bit away from the very nice and busy areas, but easy to get around. Some noise from the streets since the hotel is on a busy traffic corner.

We had a fantastic view of the ocean from our room as well as the balcony. Our room was comfortable clean and quiet. The staff were friendly, efficient and always willing to take that extra step for their guests comfort - we really enjoyed our stay.

Staff are attentive and polite. Property is not really a beachfront property as a road and buildings in between. Beds are very comfortable with lovely linen. The property is to the far left of the coast, it is not as central as we had expected.

The property is everything you would expect from a Hilton but we had 2 issues during our 2 day stay. 1. The bidet in the toilet was leaking flooding the bathroom a couple of times.. it took us a while to figure out where the water was coming from! 2. We used the laundry self service facility. The washing went well. However, trying to dry the clothes was a full night affair. The only setting you can choose is 2.5 hours, which we did. This was around 11:30 pm mind you so we had to come back after 2 am and nothing had changed... the clothes were still wet... so we set it for another 2.5 hours and went back again at 5 am.. still no dry clothes. We checked with a guy at the pool and he showed us that the water tray was full and it needed to be emptied for the clothes to actually dry. So another 2.5 hour setting and off we went again. 2.5 hours later the clothes were drier but not completely so we went for another 2.5 hours! Had to keep emptying the water container to keep making sure the clothes dried well. They did in the end but after a mammoth effort. We had to delay our plans to go to Ba Na hills because we had to check out that day! If only the Hilton could invest in ducted driers that were far more efficient! The staff were very helpful. The duty manager waved the charge for the laundry (which was a fair thing to do) but also provided us with a free drop off to the airport that evening, which was sweet. I think overall, I did not expect this experience at a Hilton...
