This hotel room and property is the best. Beautiful room. Beach view. Quiet. Many amenities on the property. Utilized the restaurant and loved it. Close to historic Hoi An for a quick day trip and Marble Mountain and Golden Bridge

Amazing staff. Hotel is a little dated from the front but rooms have been renovated, had a few issues with leaks from the shower and was moved room straight away. The service was great and the location is perfect and peaceful. Overall a great stay.

Wow - this hotel was fantastic. 15 minutes outside How An and on a lovely beach. Breakfast was outstanding but what made the stay was the staff. They could not do enough for us either in the restaurant during breakfast or helping us throughout our stay. Hang, one of the Duty Managers, was so helpful. We hope to return soon.

If I could give more stars, I absolutely would. This facility is unbelievably amazing—from the staff to the rooms and the amenities. Everything was top-notch and exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the overall experience was incredible. I will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful property, but the service and overall experience fall short of 5-star expectations. The hotel looks impressive online, and the bed and bedding were comfortable. However, the stay itself did not live up to a 5-star standard. At check-out, staff focused on chargeable laundry and hair-dryer cover bags (which I returned unused), yet failed to flag my personal belongings left in the room. Recovery was slow, expensive, and ultimately impossible due to timing. This was a service oversight, not guest negligence. Breakfast was plentiful but bland — local street vendors offered far better Vietnamese food. The best part of the buffet was the fresh fruit section 😋. The beach was closed in late Dec–Jan due to high tides and storm damage. The area appeared tired, with washed-up waste and uprooted trees. There’s little to do beyond sunbathing or cold pools, and most activities are charged. Thankfully, there’s a shuttle to Hội An — without it, there’s very little reason to stay at the resort. A special mention to Hoan at the front desk, who was lovely and helped organise the Hội An Memories Show and recommended authentic local restaurants, which genuinely improved our trip. Overall, however, the hotel requires significant improvement to justify its 5-star claim.

Meer war gut zu sehen und zu hören. Das Hotel wirkt von außen in die Jahre gekommen. Angeblich erst 2019 fertiggestellt. Es ist aufgeteilt in zwei Gebäude, wobei eins tatsächlich das Hotel ist und das andere scheinbar Apartments. Des Weiteren gibt es noch Villen. Es gibt einen großen Pool zum Schwimmen. Zimmer waren neuwertig. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
