Completed in 2026, our newly built retreat is the perfect getaway for families, boasting 4 spacious bedrooms ensuite bathroom with bathtub that comfortably sleep 8 guests.

Step through the enclosed open living space with expansive glass doors that create a seamless transition to the outdoor space. The kitchen-living room boasts an open, airy layout that connects the sophisticated kitchen, dining area, and TV lounge/seating area, creating an efficient and spacious multi-functional space.

The rays of the morning sun, the birdsong, and the fragrant scent of betel nut flowers will make you feel incredibly refreshed every morning when you wake up.

With panoramic views of the rice fields and the experience of the seasonal changes as the rice ripens, from green seedlings to fragrant, golden-yellow blossoms ready for harvest, each stage has its own unique beauty. And you won't want to miss the afternoons watching the sunset cast its slanted rays over the fields, and the flocks of white egrets flying over the rice paddies during each harvest season.

THE BEDROOM / BATHROOM
All spacious bedrooms has a custom made king size bed (180x200). The 5* quality soft mattress will bring you great sleep.
They are equipped with air-conditioner, a smart tv. All rooms have an ensuite bathroom with bathtub . It is decorated in a beautiful mosaic.

THE KITCHEN & DINING
The well-western style kitchen is fully equipped with the essential tools required to make that delicious meal for your friends and family. Large dining table is perfect for warm family dinner gathering.

THE POOL & GARDEN
The outdoor space is enchanted with a refreshing swimming pool as your private little oasis, complete with loungers and an iron chairs making it the perfect setting for sunbathing or cooling off in the pool.
Enjoy plenty of outdoor lounging space with umbrellas, rattan chairs and big Poang chair to chill out.
Take a dip lounge in the front garden sitting area. Our favorite one plunges over the rice fields and has the most beautiful sunset views!

Designed to provide the Authentic Vietnamese indoor / outdoor living experience, you can also choose to close doors in the evenings to keep mosquitoes and other wildlife away. All rooms are air-conditioned, included the main living-kitchen area for ultimate comfort.

Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Hoian's attractions and Old Town, our villa offers the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. Right in countryside, yet as far as it gets from the stress, hustle, and bustle of the city.

• Breakfast will be served at 8am with local à la carte menu

• Bikes is provided, just let us know when you need it.

• The house cleaner may come every early morning for watering the plants, cleaning up the house to give the house spotless and sparkling.

• Housekeeping will be done every 3 days but you can ask us for more new towels or room cleaning if need.

• Pool cleaning is remained 2 times per week at early morning without disturbing you.
