Was given a free upgrade to the Panoramic River View room due to the construction going on towards the south of the building. What an awesome bedroom with great wide reviews, hands down one of my all time favorites experiences staying in hotels in all the years i have travelled. The breakfast also had a great variety of food. Highly recommended

Hotel Nd staff are very goodd to excellent. Small leak i. The shower basewas an annoyance. Staff were alway responsive and helpful. Unfortunately major construction next door was a constant problem. Loud construction took place all day and night. First time we've seen heavy construction like this done 24 hours a day. Would not have chosen this hotel if we had known. Disappointing since we are fans of the Melia chain.

The hotel is wonderful. There is new construction near the area and the hotel was doing there best effort to put us away from construction. I will certainly stay here again.

Walking distance to dragon bridge but as we were upgraded to 37th floor with river view, we watched fireworks from the balcony. The breakfast with too many choices over two floors.

Great view. Friendly staff. Different style room layout which was pretty cool. The higher floors have better views. Getting down sometimes can a hassle when there are many people on the elevator.

Our stay at the hotel was truly memorable, especially as we celebrated New Year’s Eve and my father-in-law’s birthday. The highlight was the stunning views of the river, city skyline, and iconic Dragon Bridge, which we enjoyed from our family room on a high floor. The room was spacious, featuring a separate bedroom, living area, and kitchenette—perfect for our family. The hotel’s indoor and outdoor pools were a great touch, offering year-round usability and keeping the kids entertained, though we would have used them more if the weather had been warmer. We also loved the New Year’s Eve dinner buffet and countdown event hosted by the hotel, complete with entertainment that made the evening unforgettable. Breakfast was a treat, with a wide variety of options available across multiple restaurants. The panoramic view rooms on the lower floors also impressed us with their views, separate living areas, and balconies. Customer service stood out throughout our stay—from the initial booking process to our departure, everything was seamless. This hotel gave us an unforgettable holiday experience, and we can’t wait to return! Hotel also right next door to a shopping centre with a supermarket and food court
