A very unique hotel that provides an excellent experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Reu hotel. Very easy and quick to get into the old town with transport options available from the hotel. Onsite spa and buffet breakfast were highlights and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive.

Excellent hotel with lovely design. Excellent staff and service. Only down side we found was mosquitos were around the building and one or two got into our room and had a feast at our expenses. Keep the windows closed / don’t go onto the balcony and the problem is solved.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. Clean room, very comfortable and spacious bed, gorgeous bathtub, lovely rice field view, amazingly attentive staffs. Great breakfast, pool was so cute with a lovely view. We had some cows come up to us and have a little cheeky drink from the pool it was hilarious!!! The spa’s really good too, reasonable price and such relaxing atmosphere. We stayed for 5 nights and had absolutely no complaints, we would 100% go back and stay there again. Much much recommended!!!

I went for the decor and stayed for the service. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. Not only is it a work of art but every single member of staff was so attentive and truly aimed to make your stay the best it could be — from the receptionist who gave me an amazing restaurant recommendation, to the breakfast staff who encouraged me to try all the local cakes, the chef who made me fresh pancakes every morning, to the nighttime security who helped me get a gecko out of my room at close to 2 am! The breakfast was also phenomenal and had more variety than I’ve ever seen at a hotel. I loved it so much here that I extended my stay for an extra night. Could not recommend this hotel enough. 10/10 no notes.

The breakfast buffet and dinner options were very good. The spa is nice and the staff at the motel are very friendly. The room was very clean but would suggest you not try to walk in socks as it is very slippery. There is no t.v. and don't know if the internet would support it for your devices. If you are going during rainy months, purchase the optional insurance or make sure you cancel before the deadline. We only learned from the motel about the flooding early the morning following our deadline to cancel. They would not offer any refund. The area flooded and the motel was only accessible by boat (wooden canoe) on some days and shuttle bus on others. The shuttle only runs twice a day.

Truly felt like royalty here, the staff were so genuine and sweet. Everything was perfect, clean, and hotel staff accommodating when things didn’t go to plan. They had some emergency maintenance that needed to be done, and in the US a hotel would have just told us to get out of the hotel from 1-7pm, instead they planned an entire day trip for us that included a free cooking class, massages and dinner at a beautiful secondary property. To say our stay has been special would be an understatement. Shoutout to staff Hông (Lovely) who always greeted us and chatted with us, and was so genuinely lovely. Will be coming back.

They has a good location but they should have Air conditioning in the lobby. During summer, the lobby is supper hot, the receptionists are sweaty also so it looks dirty on their face, hair and forehead

Beautiful hotel with amazing views and rooms. We really enjoyed our stay especially the pool and complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Be sure to check out their spa and borrow a complimentary bike to explore the rice fields in the area. The women at the front desk made our trip comfortable and easy - they helped with recommendations in the area and made everything so convenient for us. Their incredible service was the highlight of our trip!
