Wonderful setting, lovely new hotel

We had a wonderful stay. This is a new and great value hotel on the outskirts of Hoi An. It is an easy walk or taxi ride into the centre. The situation is wonderful amongst the rice paddy fields. It's a great setting and much more peaceful than in the centre of the city! Service was fantastic, breakfast a total delight (buffet with a mixture of local and western options).

What a beautiful hotel! We loved the vibe here and visiting tourist spots in Hoi A were only a short Grab Car away! The pool and outlook were beautiful but there was definitely not enough sun loungers etc we often found them all to be full which was a bit annoying when we wanted a relaxing morning/afternoon etc. the breakfast was quite nice, not massive variety and we did feel a bit rushed one day because they were stopping breakfast and when we asked for another coffee we were told no 😖. Other than this - a lovely stay with a unique character and friendly staff. Thank you.

If you want a different hotel experience, this is it. The rooms are made of concrete! The bed was very comfortable, and the view of rice fields unique. It is close to the Old Town, but if you dont want to walk, Grab mobile is inexpensive. After the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, this was peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed meeting "Tuna" who works in the restaurant.

The Hotel has privacy in the middle of the rice paddies. The Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are excellent. This is a very flat user friendly place to cycle around and the hotel has 20 free bicycles on a first come basis. The hotel biking is within 15 min from the beach and old town HoiAn. The Staff is very well trained. Best Authenic Hotel that We have stayed in SE Asia.

This stay was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! It was located in such a calm and peaceful rice field, the bed and pillows SO comfortable and the staff were all so kind. I am so, so happy I found this hotel, it was beautiful and so unique!

Positive: Hotel with interesting architecture and rooms in the rice paddies. Excellent buffet breakfast and breakfast options. Very clean rooms. Lovely view from balcony. Challenges: No room service after 10pm (tricky when arriving late with flight and hungry; was encouraged to use delivery app but last thing wanted to sign up to and deal with with jetlag). No TV in room. Loud frogs and insects from rice paddies (I slept through but might be hard for some). Not well signed from main road for drivers in dark. Perhaps not for seniors travellers as beds low to ground and bath/shower requires mobility.

This is a beautiful property, id recommend to my friends and would stay here again. I wish id spent longer here, rather than in Da Nang itself. The staff are helpful, polite and readily available. The building itself is besutiful. I loved the pool area it was calm and relaxing. Again highly recommend. The only issue i had was that they didnt have any irons, so i couldnt iron my clothes before heading out to dinner, thats the only critique i can find.

Lovely oasis

I loved this hotel. The weather was not on our side but the staff and hotel was still beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious and the locatikn was perfect between the beach and the town jtself. The pool looked lovely but unfortunately it was too cold and wet for us to use. I would highly reccomend the hotel but the beach was a bit disappointing including the area where the hotel sent us. This might have been caused by a storm though!

I had a wonderful stay at this secluded and unique hotel. Communication with the staff was smooth throughout my visit. Although some minor construction was still taking place since the hotel is new, the staff was very attentive and kind. Each morning during breakfast, I enjoyed a relaxing rice paddy view away from the bustle of the ancient town..

Absolutely stunning hotel, we loved it so much we stayed an extra night. The views over the rice paddies are just stunning, rooms are brand new, beds are so comfy and staff are just wonderful and went above and beyond to help! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An. Location was great too - walkable to the Old Town or can jump in a taxi.
