Brilliant and very caring personnel. Unfortunately, the rooms are very dark, all furniture, the fllor, all's very dark and the lighting is not sufficient, you might not find dark things you drop. Also the ceiling is pretty low, making the rooms, at least in the annex building, feel a bit cramped even if they aren't.

Very convenient, has a lovely Cafe Kitchen called Voi's across the lanway. Amazing staff, not a large hotel so has very attentive staff and not crazy busy. Lovely pool and each level has laundry facilities to use. Would stay here again.
