We thought there was false advertising as far as the dragon Bridge was shown to be facing the hotel in some videos we stayed in three hotels in Vietnam this was the worst of the three the staff were friendly the room was clean

Great location, short walk across dragon bridge to markets and nice views of city/park light shows. There is a nice cafe around the corner for a morning coffee, and the view from the room is awesome. Finally the staff where very helpful and the breakfast delicious, great stay will definitely come again.

Inflexibility

Reception was a far cry from what we received in our hotel in Hoi An. We had 3pax and the hotel did not allow us to have 3 key cards (they gave only 2). It was so inconvenient. We asked for checking out at 1pm and they said we had to pay 30% of a day’s charge! This amount allowed us to stay till 2pm. Just a min before 2pm, we opened our room door, and there the cleaners were already waiting outside RIGHT IN FRONT of our door with their CARTS! Not just 1 cart , but 2.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! Staff go above and beyond. Room clean and tidy, great pool and gym facilities. Breakfast options were great, even with a few different options each day. My sister and I had a room with the Dragon Bridge/river view. It was beautiful to wake up in the morning to see that amazing view from our window and even more so when it was lite up at night. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. Restaurants and shops are just a few minutes walk. The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

For our short stay in DaNang, Vanda hotel was in an ideal location. From our room on the 7th floor there was an unobstructed view of the Dragon Bridge and the riverfront was a delight to walk along in the evening. Property has a rooftop bar which offers a city view. Room was bright and pleasantly decorated, clean, quiet and comfortable. All amenities were in good working order and enjoyed the ‘chocolate treats’ offered in the room and the voucher for foot massages. Good, plentiful breakfast with both Asian and Western choices. I did attempt to take an (indoor) pool dip as it was inviting but found it on the cold side. In hot weather (which it wasn’t at the time) I’m sure it would have been refreshing.

Location is good! Just 3mins walk to dragon bridge, 15mins walk to Han Market, 10mins grab to Lotte Mart. Good to have a clock in the room and to provide room shoe. The mineral water bottle in the fridge can be confusing as this is charged, the one on the table is complimentary.

A comfortable stay

The facility is located on a one-way street and does not have much spaces for loading, unloading. The hotel is in good cleaning condition, staff is ok. The exchange rate for US dollar to Vn dong is far below the market rate.
