Large gourmet kitchen with Kitchen Aid commercial style appliances, separate island with breakfast bar, refrigerator with ice maker, separate wine/beverage fridge, plus Butler's pantry. Kitchen is open to the dining area and adjoining Great Room which features solid wood beams on ceiling. Great room is perfect place to relax in front of the wood burning fireplace or premium 55' flat screen TV. The quaint day bedroom just off the family room on the main floor sleeps two. Additional features include a covered veranda with tongue and groove ceiling, large courtyard and gas fireplace and a screened in veranda on the terrace level. Additionally, there are two bedrooms with King size beds with ensuite bathrooms, a third bedroom with Queen size bed (which shares the bathroom and access with a king ensuite, or can access via screened in patio), and a large laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers.
