I am going to file a complaint against hotel.com and give this hotel terrible review because I paid for the room with the intention of using it, my husband arrived and the hotel refused to host my husband because they said they were not welling to host guests because of their renovation. I wasn’t informed before arriving and when I asked for refund, the hotel said that they have not received any payment from hotel.com and I should contact hote.com for my refund. When I contacted hotel.com, they said that it was late for refund but if the hotel refused to host us, how is that my fault? I will need my money back. This is poor customer service.
