"Unfortunately, the accessibility information on the hotels.com page was a lie. The ramps to the pool area were so steep that, as a former Paralympic athlete, I couldn't get up them on my own. Also, the hotel's only public "disabled toilet" was strangely in the pool area and not at the reception.
