Hotel was great, except but the EV chargers did not work (each of the three times we’ve stayed since August) which made it very inconvenient. I chose this hotel based on the chargers and the nearest one is far away.

Great hotel located on the outskirts of Roanoke. Several restaurants within walking distance and if your a YMCA member, its walkable too. Staff is excellent and no parking issues. Jon, Lily, and I know her name begins with an A made sure we had everything we wanted and needed.
