Location is perfect! Fast and easy check in. Room was very clean! Studio style room had a refrigerator, microwave, sink and kitchen table. Kept very well. I will emphasize that there is a zero smoking policy which I very much appreciate. There is no smoke smell. I will be booking here again soon.

Through Expedia the price of the room was great. The property and room were very clean. I did feel safe in the area. The outdoor temperature went down but I couldn't get the heat to warm the room. There weren't any extra heavier blankets, only the thin one on the bed. Be sure to bring your own cookware and cutlery. There aren't any in this extended stay hotel. The noise of the cargo train that is closeby didn't bother me, but I can see it irritating a light sleeper. Also, you stand the chance of being blocked by the tain for a long time, depending on when you leave.

My husband and I came for the cowboys game and we loved it! Only 10 mins from the stadium and was able to Uber for $11. Staff was very friendly and kind, did not worry us at all… room was very very clean! Very spacious and had a kitchenette! Definitely will book here every year we come! After traveling 7 hours this was definitely the place to come and relax for an affordable price!!!!!
