The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Available: need a little extra time? We’re happy to offer early check-in and late check-out options, subject to availability. These upgrades may include a small additional fee. If you're interested, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.



The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.



The Neighborhood:

You’ll be staying in one of Rowlett’s most sought-after neighborhoods, in a quiet upscale community that’s perfect for relaxing but still close to everything. From the backyard, you can hop right onto the Rowlett Nature Hiking Trail, or take an 8-minute stroll to Lake Ray Hubbard for gorgeous views and sunsets on the water. Need to travel? You’re just 40 minutes from DFW Airport, 45 minutes from AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026, and 25 minutes from downtown Dallas.



When you head into Dallas, make time for the classics: the Perot Museum (great for kids and adults alike), the Dallas Museum of Art, and the Sixth Floor Museum for some powerful history. The Arboretum is stunning year-round, and if you’re traveling with kids, the Dallas World Aquarium is a must. Pro tip: go up Reunion Tower at night—the skyline views are incredible.



Closer to Rowlett, you’ll find plenty to keep you busy. The Wet Zone Waterpark is just 8 minutes away and always a hit with families in the summer. Golfers will love Waterview Golf Club (about 15 minutes), and if you’re into the outdoors, Rowlett Creek Preserve is a hidden gem with miles of trails to explore. For something low-key, head to Lakeside Park—it’s a local favorite for lakeside walks and picnics.



Getting Around:

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.



Other Things to Note:

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.



★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.



★ WILDLIFE ★



Please note that due to our beautiful natural surroundings, you may encounter some local wildlife during your stay, including raccoons, opossums, coyotes, squirrels and snakes.



★ NO STREET PARKING ★



No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 3 cars in the garage and 3 cars in the driveway.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★



We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



One of our fireplace is gas operated and the other one is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.



★ SPA NOTE ★

★ TOWELS NOTE ★



Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.



★ ENTERTAINMENT★



All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.

The Short Term Rental Permit Number for this house is 26-000351 issued by the City of Rowlett.



★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★



Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
