Nothing was offered, even basic water in the fridge. Missing coffee filters. Not staying at this hotel again. The shuttle driver to the airport was also very strange, slamming doors of the vehicle and not receiving any hellos or goodbye & thank you’s.

Convenient but not great

The hotel is very clean at the surface, but the room I was in had a lot of damage. The dispensers in the shower are broken and I couldn’t easily utilize them. The 2nd lock to the door is loose on the hinges and it took effort to reopen the door when leaving in the morning. I stayed at this location a little over a year ago and I’m quite shocked at the change in quality.

Warning: I felt very unsafe using their shuttle service. Rusty the evening driver was great but the 4am morning driver drove violently fast and aggressively slammed doors. Otherwise, the concierge was very nice and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
