One night stay

The location and room was nice but the bed and pillows were horrible. It’s a fairly new hotel right off the freeway. We booked because our power went out at home.

There was no chair in our room to even seat. The chair was broken. The minute we arrived and sat on it I fell backwards and my husband went to the receptionist on duty to ask for a chair and she told my husband to go and grab one somewhere by himself. Every year the service keeps going down but there is limited choice of hotels around the area so we have no choice
