Very displeased

I made a reservation for a king size bed and got two queens. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Almost felt like an air mattress. Air conditioner did NOT get cold. Netflix wouldn’t work on the TV. I guess there was a leak and half the floor was roped off and had heaters on so the halls were insanely hot. The elevator didn’t work. Water didn’t get hot in the shower. The door to the side of the building didn’t shut automatically so anyone could get in or out. Left open several times. Way too expensive for the quality we got.

Nothing like the pictures

Lots of construction going on, ice machines not working, really hot in hallways and elevators. Only one working elevator and the wait to get on it was very long. Sink water in room had a horrible odor to the point of us almost throwing up. Tried to call front desk a few times but no one answered.

Hotel could definitely could use some repairs. Walls need patched, cracked tiles and lamp shades need replaced. We found a beetle or cockroach upon checking into our room. Front desk gave us a new room upon request but was uneasy the entire stay thinking I was going to find something every time I came back to the room. Overall clean hotel, nice staff.

We ended up using 3 rooms during our 2 night stay. The first night we had to be moved due to lighting, electrical outlets and air conditioning not working. The room we were moved to had issues but was okay to stay in. The shower knob was stripped out and loose from the wall. On the last day of the stay the knob was completely stripped out and we couldn’t take a shower. Front desk worker was very nice and had housekeeping clean a bathroom in the room next to ours and our son had to shower in it. Staff was very friendly, breakfast wasn’t anything spectacular. You couldn’t make waffles either day we were there. Rooms were clean and location was great for what we were in town for.
