Elevators were not working all the time and if two of the four were they were so many people packed in like sardines. Coffee maker didn’t work. Asked FD for another one and was told they didn’t have access to them. The next morning I thought someone would be kind to bring one up or even have coffee sent to the room. Staff really didn’t care.

It was a bit of a smaller space but the stay was nice. We had the most trouble with the parking garage more than anything. Incredibly tight and had issues with our parking card, etc. The hotel was very accommodating with it all.

Overall, it was way overpriced for the room we got. The aesthetics of the hotel appears nice but then carefully looking around it is below average for the area and the price. First, the service was not welcoming or friendly or helpful at all. The front desk barely said a word upon our check-in. Then, room we got was clean and decent, no bed bugs, sheets appeared to be clean, the room smelled like humid carpet, there was a huge stain on the bathroom floor from I don't know what, the faucet of the bathroom sink was popping off, there was no hot water coming from the sink, the carpet looked old and dingy, and the wall paper of the bathroom was peeling off. However, the bed was comfortable and the TV worked just fine.

When i arrived, i was unaware that they dont take a prepaid card for the deposit. I fly from DC, and didnt have another form of payment. Terri was awesome and let me pay cash!!! The hotel was nice and clean. Good location. The breakfast wasnt very good but it was convenient.

Wasn’t satisfied with room at all the faucet ran the whole time had to keep bathroom door closed so it wasn’t so loud but couldn’t get no sleep my entire stay. Room service never came when you called so room was never cleaned and linen never replaced. Horrible experience will never stay again.

The room smelled awful, the staff was very rude. I paid for parking but was still charged for parking everytime I tried to leave. Housekeeping never brought us fresh towels or linen the whole 4 days we were there. 0 stars in the past I’ve always loved crown plaza but the last 2 visits were just terrible I definitely will be looking for something new next time we visit Dallas
