Clean rooms, friendly staff. The grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool, the game room. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the laundry room was a plus. An excellent time was held by all.

The hotel itself is very nice, but the customer service was disappointing for the price. The hotel states that guests can contact them via the booking platform, however none of my messages were ever answered. I tried to arrange the airport transfer they advertise (which instructs you to contact the hotel in advance), received no response, and the same happened when I extended my stay and asked for my bookings to be linked so I could remain in the same room. I had to go to reception multiple times—night staff said it couldn’t be done, early morning staff told me to come back later—until finally the staff member after 8am resolved it quickly. I was fortunate not to have to change rooms, but it was frustrating as others could have assisted and chose not to. No help was offered with booking an airport shuttle on departure either. Overall, nice hotel, but the customer service seriously needs improvement.

Honestly impressed with this hotel. Beautiful lobby, super clean rooms, and very friendly staff. Check-in and check-out were smooth, plenty parking space, great coffee, and breakfast was on point. Really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back.

Room was spacious, all staff were friendly. Shower head could have been built higher up. At least install a shower hose for those 5 foot or taller. Although an older hotel, going through renovations, for a simple in and out stay I would recommend. Price right and free shuttle from DFW.

Nothing bad happened but this was a very strange hotel. The room was comfortable and clean enough (I found some random hairs on the bed and in the bathroom, probably the housekeeper. I didn't bother to say anything. It was honestly no big deal) but everything had a strong aroma of bleach or some other cleaning supply. I got there hella late on Christmas Eve so ofc I had to order room service. It was pretty expensive but the food was very mid -- not gross but very overpriced. The hotel itself was very difficult to navigate because the layout was confusing -- I actually never found the gym. My only actual complaint was the hotel staff knocking on my door every 30 mins on the day I needed to check out. The hotel was just fine. The wifi was fast, the room was comfortable, the shower was really hot, and the price was decent. The hotel def needs a renovation tho. It feels trapped in the 80s

Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast had options, but not many healthy options. There were oranges and apples each day, but fresh cut fruit availability was really inconsistent! The oatmeal was ok first day, terrible and watery our 2nd day, and i didn't check it on the 3rd day. There was also yogurt, and then the typical breads to make toast. No bacon or sausage on the buffet
