When I walked in there were multiple cars parked right I front and nobody in them. It was pouring rain so I figured the lobby was backed up. But no it was completely empty. Then the front desk was closed so my son and I had to sit there soaking wet to wait for assistance. The stay was nice once we actaually got to the room. But the next day after checkout I realized in the car my wallet was missing. I called and had them check the room TWICE! And both times they said it wasn’t there. Mind you I JUST CHECKED OUT & hadn’t left the car once. So safe to say it was stolen. Will be following up w proper steps to retrieve my stolen property.

Great stay.clean,neat however my family were next door to a racist that kept complaining to staff that we were loud and smelt of weed.We are a nice family who never touches that stuff. Whoever it was must have also been a peeping tom because he complained that our window was open dooring the day. LIKE Really? And we didn't even blast the tv.

i actually enjoyed everything about this hotel BUT 2 things. 1, the deal breaker was the fact that they charge you $10 for extra towels which is ridiculous. I have never been to a hotel that charges for towels. #2, when i booked through expedia, I got there just for my reservation to not show up as paid in their system so now i’m waiting on a refund. not a deal breaker though. but the fee for extra towels? yeah they gotta change that. If they remove that, this a 10/10 hotel!

This place is brand new and super cute. the staff was helpful with what I needed to do for my dog and cool to converse with. the room was clean, smelled good, with nice appliances for longer stays. shower was nice and bed was comfortable. lots of options on the TV
