Great Granddaughters Birth

We were in the City to celebrate the birth of my great granddaughter. And without a doubt Embassy Suites by Hilton waa our first chose. Everything was amazing. The staff as well as the breakfast buffet was too of the line. Most definitely will return for future stays.

Tired Old Property with Staff that does not care.

Aging rooms in need of some serious cleaning. Rust around mirrors, leaking shower heads, poorly draining bathtub. Toilet seat broken and loose. Leaking fridge, wet carpet. Uncomfortable pull out bed. Outlets are so old nothing stays in them. Poor property, being badly managed by all staff. Truly shameful for over $200 a night. Have stayed at this property three times over the years and this will be the last.

Incorrect Card Charged/Customer Service

The hotel was clean and nice. My only issue was with the payment as I updated the card over the phone prior to arrival and provided that card at checkin and the original card was still charged which created issues with my bank account. I called 3/10/25 and the person advised someone would return a call which did not happen although the payment to the incorrect card was refunded by that time the damage was done.

Needs some work in the bathroom in the room 526 and the freeway noise is loud if you have a front room. The pool is nice but chlorine smell is overbearing. But overall very comfortable
