My only complaint is we arrived to the hotel after a concert and asked about parking and no one knew what to tell us except for “try the street maybe.”

Very disappointing. The staff was friendly but the hotel is very run down, dirty, and in a very, very bad location. We watched a man beating someone with a pipe a block from us. Also awaken in the middle of the night by people yelling on the sidewalk outside. Lots of homeless people and prostitution by our hotel. Did not feel safe.

Easily located at the heart of Downtown Dallas. Convenient located in most attractions, restaurants and other ameneties. The room that we are in is newly renovated (I believe) with an induatrial vibe. Gorgeous! A must stay hotel!!
