A great value for staying in the area. Many great restaurants are within walking distance. We also enjoyed walking on the Katy Trail.

Room 206 was our original room # but the room was 80 degrees and AC did not work. Room 206 looks like a couple closets they converted into a room with a wall dividing the room in half. Eventually gave us another room 4 doors down from 206 that was normal with AC. 2 hrs later I witnessed a couple walking into room 206 with no AC. They resold it to someone else. Front desk originally told me when the AC did not work, they were booked and there was nothing they could do about it.

Great staff but needs maintenance

The staff is great, kind, and friendly. The room is large and clean. 1 window has duck tape to seal it. The AC unit was super loud every time it started it sounded like a helicopter and woke me up over and over so I couldn't sleep at all. I just stayed 1 night and I reported it with the front desk

Great Location wo the High Price

For a business trip overnight, was a perfect place and location. Easy access to downtown, right off Harry Hines Blvd, easy entry and parking in parking garage a PLUS. Did not use any facilities, room just a bit dated but comfortable enough for the price just to be downtown!
