So the staff was very nice. But we walked in room (which had number on it ... we assumed), and it was super musty smelling. The closet light lit like a strobe, and the water pressure was barely there.

Staff went above and beyond. We were disappointed that the pool was closed the whole time we were there since that was one of our reasons for choosing the hotel.the staff was very friendly and helped us tremendously since we were stranded there while our vehicle was being repaired. When we travel to Dallas this will be our go to hotel.

Great value. Well managed and kept property.

Fast, friendly and easy check in. Very secure property. Clerk recommended Rewards Program to save perking fee this visit. Nice. Room in very good shape and very clean. Towels and linens immaculate. Did not patronize bar. Left too early for breakfast. Very convenient to our needs (medical visit downtown).

We chose the Hyatt House Dallas/Uptown because it advertised as walking distance to the American Airlines Center. It was PERFECT to be able to walk to the Center and back after a game. The room was quite large and the kitchenette came in handy. Breakfast was pretty good. Saturday's breakfast was GREAT with Tammy taking orders for customized waffles! We were bummed that the pool was closed, but all in all - a great hotel to stay at!

Chose to stay at Hyatt House due to its proximity to the AA Center…walking distance in a peaceful neighborhood! Staff greeted us joyfully when we arrived and looked up my Hyatt rewards account so that I could park in the garage for free! DoorDashed dumplings to our room late at night after the basketball game.
