I’d love to tell you about my stay but it was cancelled by the manager before I got there. I realized too late I booked at the wrong location. I inquired if I was able to switch locations, nothing about cancellation and was told no. Not a big deal so i explicitly told they I am keeping my reservation. The hotel cancelled it immediately. I showed up and was told it was cancelled. Talked to hotels.com and it was still active on their end. I heard the front desk people talking about the manager and how she cancelled them. They seemed just as frustrated at the situation as me. There was another person that was dealing with a similar situation as well. I ended up leaving and booking another hotel somewhere else. No money back yet. Waiting to hear from manager.
