We stayed here family with 4 kids , super clean Very big comfortable room . The breakfast was nice The only thing you should know, there is no free parking you have 2 choices or leave your car on public parking ( around $35 for a day) or use a valet parking service it will be $45 before tax and fees ( we paid around 55$) I think I would think twice if I knew that before I booked it. Thank you

We had a nice stay at this location. The room could have been a little cleaner (bathroom area, stains on couch pillow). The treadmills in the gym did not work well (incline did not go up on any of them, one of the 3 didn't turn on). Buffet breakfast was great! Nice variety and hot. General bathrooms were clean. Staff was very pleasant. Location was great for what we desired to do. Valet parking was nice.

First, the hotel is a hotel, offers clean rooms, and breakfast is a plus. We chose the location because it was near the Dallas World Aquarium, and because it had an indoor pool. The pool was closed, it would have been nice if it was posted on Expedia, the kids were exited to swim. Noise: The location was very noisy at night, mostly due to street and load cars passing by. Parking/Valet: The hotel did not have parking only valet. It’s was difficult with kids. Location: Walkable, near AT&T Plaza (enjoyed grabbing a drink and The Exchange, lots of food options in one place), and some bars. We wouldn’t stay there with children again, only a solo couples trip.

Not Fair for what we paid

Eberything with the hotel was great except.. the whole reason we came . We came to spend time with family and let the kids swim. There is nothing telling us that the pool is closed for several months.. We didnt find this out until after booking non refundable rooms and therefore was nothing we could do.. I think that is prettybsorry not to put something on your sight about this since we just spent our hard earned money for family time and could not even use the amenities that the hotel offers.

All in all a good hotel

We went for an extended weekend. The good: check-in was very efficient, the rooms are spacious, the location was convenient. The not so good: Breakfast was OK, the shower system was not so convenient, the bedding could have been more premium (funny little pillows and the comforter was not enough).

The property was convenient to the Kay Bailey center. The hotel was clean. We did have to ask for extra towels. You could continually hear the water running through the walls, like a waterfall. We were put in a handicap room. The roomy area was good however the beds were low. Overall our stay was good.

They had a Free Palestine parade one night - very loud. Several nights it sounded like car races going on - loud revving of engines. The windows are old and not a sound barrier at all. Only valet parking recommended at the hotel - which was twice as much as the parking ramp one block over.
