It seems as if Expedia Reservations give you the worse rooms in the hotel. I may need to stop using Expedia. The rooms (2) we got were stinky, old, stained couches, old peeling paint on furniture, dead spiders on walls, bathroom walls and doors were rusted and nasty . Hair on towels and dirt. This was horrible. The lobby was nice and it stopped right there.

The room I stayed in was in bad shape, shower was gross, no stopper in the sink, closet had a piece of baseboard torn off, counters were scratched, the refrigerator made an awful noise and kept me up all night. They need some updating.

Got to room and very low water pressure. I call front desk no maintence till next day. Front desk calls me at 730 in morning Saturday wakes me n i wife up makes me upset i go back to sleep they said he come while we were away Saturday they never came. Shower was still same Saturday night when we got back wife was very upset

They normally have wonderful wonderful amazing service but this last time my room was not cleaned very good there was stains in the bathroom and upon discovering it was too late to change rooms so I cleaned myself….Customer Service is always good 10 stars it was just that particular room.

This is a great option when visiting Barcelona. Plenty of landmarks within walking distance and a train station around the corner. They offer water, wine and coffee 24/7 and you have a terrace to enjoy them. The rooms are comfortable, the views are great and the property as a whole is really charming.
