No one should be placed on the 2nd floor facing the lightrail/street side. You hear every car, engine, honk, music that goes by throughout the night. We were not able to sleep.

Loud music playing in neighborhood during the night. Train rail right next to the hotel also loud. Unsafe walking to restaurants nearby. Hotel room was average. No fridge, no microwave, no safebox, no daily housekeeping services, shower had no door so needed to use all towels to clean wet floor. But staff was very friendly and professional.

Highly Recommend - Our Go-To Hotel in Dallas This has officially become our number one place to stay in Dallas. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional - from the friendly valet team to room service, the restaurant staff, and the front desk. The room was spotless and well-appointed, with high ceilings that made it feel extra spacious and a bed that was incredibly comfortable. We loved everything about our stay and can't wait to come back.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! We celebrated our first wedding anniversary at the Kimpton Pittman over a weekend. The entire experience was top notch! The room was dreamy, the bed was beyond comfy and the staff were incredibly accommodating! They offered us two free cocktails for our anniversary- such a nice touch! They also have complimentary snacks and wine from 5-6pm. The restaurant attached, Elm & Good, was wonderful. High class with a modern/industrial twist. Additionally, they had bikes and scooters (kids razor type) for rent, along with dog treats/water, and a postcard station! Will absolutely be back!

Unfortunately, the shower faucet was broken. We could not get any cold water, and it was hard to take a bath as the water came too hot to take a normal bath. Also, the last day we did not get the room cleaned. Nobody told us it will be done only upon request, and we learned that at the time of checkout. We appreciated the credit of 10K points for the inconveniences but would have preferred having a faucet working properly and a clean room every day..

We were only in town for one evening, however, if we had stayed in Dallas longer, we would have moved in permanently. This place was so amazing. The best example of this came when we needed to check in early because I was headed to a meeting. The front desk accommodated my wife getting into our room and they made sure that everything was perfect for her as I left on my way to work.
