The hotel was clean and comfortable, but a bit inconvenient for someone with mobility issues. The elevator was out four of eight days and it was the longest hotel between elevator and stairs ever. Breakfast was awful, but I made other arrangements. Note, Im diabetic and seek out hotels where I can get breakfast. They messed up my check in and took almostca thousand dollars and then said my card declined. It took two days to get a manager and to straighten it out. Not a fun stsy this time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and excellent, safe location, close to the Irving Convention Center. Lots of options to have food delivered. Overall very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

2* hotel with modest breakfast spread. The scramble eggs were yummy though. Decent gym but a worn out outdoor pool and bath tub. Housekeeping staff is excellent. They gave me the ground floor which was a bummer as the windows had little privacy and dark in the room with the curtains. Booked via expedia. Misleading marketing as it rates as 3*.
