There was a layer of dust right above the bed on the picture! There was a sticky substance on the side of the night stand and it definitely had bed bugs! I have at least 7-9 bites and the morning we were leaving I killed a bug that I would say was one!

I received a text from the hotel asking me to text if I could think of anything else I may have needed. I remembered late that I would need van transportation to Dallas Love Field and I texted. I never heard anything back, and when I called Reception, nobody ever picked up the phone. The van transportation was limited from 4:30 pm to 11pm. I waited over one hour and forty five minutes for transportation from the airport to the hotel when I arrived into Dallas. It was not convenient. There were no dining options in or around the hotel. Had to Door Dash mediocre food to the hotel for dinner. Usually, the hotel has recommendations for local dining, but nobody seemed interested in helping me at all. I was also required to leave a credit card on file at the front desk, even after I had paid for the room prior to arrival, and didn't plan on charging ANYTHING to the room. While the property appeared very nice and my room appeared to be clean, I didn't really feel welcomed or appreciated. Any questions or concerns I posed were pretty much ignored. I think I would have rather spent more money and had a better reception by the staff and more choices for dining and not having to go far away for food, or have it delivered, with over an hour wait.
