We had a good stay. It was what we expected from this type of hotel. The property and room was clean. You can tell the staff is doing their best to manage the property.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We originally booked two queen beds for a one night stay. We walked into our room with a king bed and pullout couch. I went back to the lobby to inform them that they gave us the wrong room. They let us know that all of the two queen bedrooms were booked and that the room we received was an upgrade. One king bed and a twin pullout couch is not accommodating for the people we had and it not what we booked. A pullout couch full of metal springs is absolutely unacceptable and should not be considered an upgrade. Secondly, the walls are paper thin. We could hear the people above us, under us, and anyone in the hallways. Dogs barking, kids running down the hall, and people talking, you could hear it all! Lastly, this place was not clean. They only had two elevators and one did not work. Really, in truly this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The room immediately smelled of pee when we walked in. We saw dogs all over the property so apparently this is a pet friendly hotel, but rooms should be properly cleaned and deodorized. A few hours into our stay, the overwhelming smell of marijuana filled the entire room and seemed to be coming from the vents. I was with my daughter and this was not acceptable. When approaching the front desk about this problem, they were dismissive and told us they couldn’t do anything about it and they had no rooms to move us to.

The good: Pancake mix at breakfast was delicious! Lots of parking, close to the highway, shopping, gas and food 5min drove, off the highway, beds are comfortable. The ok - its a budget hotel: no cromecast, 1 of the elevators was not working. Water pressure in the sink was low. Fridge was not working. AC was irregular. Front desk not easy to reach.

Not good

The room smelled like mildew and the bed was beyond hard and uncomfortable. The pillows felt like sheets tucked in a pillow case. Not a good experience at all with this hotel.

The walls were paper thin. I could hear the people in the room next to us snoring (literally). To add to that, there was a room on the same floor of us that had a man screaming & slamming their hotel room door ALL NIGHT. The staff did nothing other than ‘check it out’.
